It is my great honor to welcome you to the fourth edition of ARAR annual meeting hosted by the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Iuliu Haţieganu” Cluj-Napoca, 28-31 March 2019.
We continue the already established tradition to invite reputed regional anesthetists and pain specialists from around the world. Famous lecturers are joining us in our effort to provide you state of the art lectures, debates, workshops and clinical demonstrations.
Open hearts and open minds, let’s meet in Cluj-Napoca for a few wonderful spring days to share our knowledge, our opinions and to learn one from the other. The key of the event is interactivity.

Continuous Medical Education: The National Congress of the Romanian Association of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Therapy is credited with CME points by the Romanian Medical College.
Certificate of attendance: Each participant will receive a Certificate of attendance, which can be picked-up from the Info Desk in 31 of March 2019.
Info Stand: The
Congress InfoDesk and Registration desk will be located at the Center for
Practical Skills and Simulation in Medicine, Cluj-Napoca,
23,Gheorghe Marinescu street.
The working schedule is:
– Thursday, 28 March 2019, 07:30 – 19:00
– Friday, 29 March 2019, 07:00 – 19:30
– Saturday, 30 March 2019, 07:30 – 18:30
– Sunday, 31 March 2019, 08:30 – 14:30
Congress Access: For access in the congress room you will be using the badge which you will receive after registering at the Info Stand. Participants will choose their seats on “first come, first serve” basis. Therefore, we recommend to plan for an early arrival at the premises.
Information for Speakers: There will be accepted for presentation only the digital materials which respect the technical specifications agreed upon registration. The materials need to be dropped at the Info Stand at least 3 hours before the time scheduled for your presentation.
Not being able to respect the technical specifications or the time limit could have a negative impact on your presentation.
Catering: Participants will serve the coffee/lunch breaks in the designated spaces, as detailed in the Program Handbook.
